• House Rent Allowance (HRA): Categorized into 8% (Rural), 16% (Rajasthan cities like Jodhpur, Bikaner, Ajmer, Kota), and 24% (Metro cities).

• Annual Increment: Standard 3% added to basic pay, rounded up to the nearest next cell value in the corresponding pay matrix level.

• Pension Benefits: Formulated according to Civil Services Pension rules, usually half of last basic pay upon full qualifying service tenure.
